The research direction is SME growth strategy and inter enterprise cooperation strategy". 1981-1988 studied the Economics Department of Shandong University, received a master's degree in economics, he taught in the University of Reading (2003; University   of   Reading) in a year of access; 2004-2007 UK Bangor (Bangor   University) Gong Dubo, received a PhD in management. More than 10 papers published in SSCI, CSSCI and other domestic and international academic journals, for the Ministry of education, Shandong Provincial Academy of Social Sciences and the Shandong province soft science and other 5 provincial projects, English published a monograph, was awarded the National Bureau of statistics, Shandong Provincial Bureau of statistics, Shandong Provincial Department of education scientific research award.
