Wang Degang, born in December 1963, Penglai City, Shandong Province, the current director of the Shandong University School of Management Department of tourism management, Shandong University, director of the international tourism research center, researcher at the University of South Carolina international tourism research center. Mainly engaged in tourism research and tourism planning theory, the theory of the field put forward "three" theory in the tourism in the middle of 90s, for the formation and construction to make an important contribution to Chinese tourism theory system; in recent years, in theory, the first concern of "tourism rights" problem and its system study of preparation of the important theory for Chinese tourism legislation; the field of tourism research, tourism stakeholders interests distribution mechanism, the interests of the community, the intangible cultural heritage, inheritance and development of survival method have formed their own unique point of view.
