On the evening of December 7, 2016, sponsored by the graduate student association of Management College, the employment outreach Department hosted the seminar on "helping job seekers and facing the workplace". The seminar was held at the central campus of the new building B603 conference room. The grand MBA-HR Club alumni were invited to attend the meeting. The seminar invited to 2002 MBA alumni, the founder and President of Shandong Shengbang Human Resources Management Consulting Co. Ltd. Beijing Heng company actual controller, the evolution of the fund company (Shanghai) senior partner Liang Jianbang, and 2016 grade MBA alumni, current Qilu bank head office of the Ministry of human resources business director Zhang Yang as a guest speaker for the exchange of experience, to attract broad participation of graduates and undergraduates.

At the beginning of the lecture, the host gave a brief introduction to the content and the guests. After that, the two guests, combined with their work and life experience, the employment, job search and other aspects of the problem described in detail.

First of all, Liang Jianbang from the economic situation, career direction, talent selection criteria, interview Raiders, workplace adaptation five aspects, interpretation of contemporary college students job confusion. He explained the employment opportunities under the new economic situation, and introduced the standards and requirements for enterprises to choose college students. Then, from his own practical experience, he put forward some suggestions for college students' employment. He believes that we should establish a sense of ownership, and fully mobilize the initiative and creativity, learn how to manage time, prioritize, in order to more efficient completion of the work. Then, Zhang Yang pointed out that the key four deal with recruitment, and to their own occupation career problems as an example, from the full understanding of your unique and detailed understanding of the target position, to explore the development of occupation planning, looked up in hard work in four aspects with the students to share their stories of recruitment. Then, he stressed that as soon as possible to clear occupation target and strive for landing is the only proper course to take occupation planning.
