Notice on application for defense of papers in the first half of 2014 (updated on February 25th)

MBA student who intends to apply for the defense of academic theses in the first half of 2014:

How do you do！

According to the actual situation of MBA, the first half of 2014 on the relevant MBA dissertation preparation before the following notice, please students according to the notification requirements, advance supervisor, in strict accordance with the following procedures and time.

一、Procedures for applying for a dissertation defense：

1、Submit personal information statistics"

2、Submit the final manuscript of the electronic paper

3、Submit paper defense application materials

4、Submit an application for defense on the Internet

二、Schedule and instructions for each job：

Time: 5:00 p.m. on March 16, 2014

1、To apply for graduation reply, students submit personal information statistics (see attachment) sent to sdmbajw@163.com (all information must be accurate).

Annex Name: class (or teaching point) - student number - name, example: Yantai 201212001, Wang Ping.

2、To submit the final version of the electronic paper, you should check the classification number of the paper in advance, and send it to sdmbajw@163.com 。

The electronic version of the paper is named as an attachment (not a topic)：

Double card student: 22-33- number - name - thesis title.

Documentation trainee: 22-44- student number - name - thesis title.

For example: 22-44-0946031001- Li Ping - Project Based J enterprise organizational structure reconstruction research.doc

Note: the submission of the final draft, please be sure before the students finalized, check with the supervisor, the consent of the teachers agreed, the students first send mail as final printing and examination.MBA Center（sdmbajw@163.com）receive the paper mailbox will have automatic reply, electronic version of the papers, such as once again modify, adjustment, the Institute will no longer accept. If the person fails to submit the application within the time limit, he shall be deemed to have voluntarily waived the application for defense.

3、 On March, 16, 17, two days (8:30-11:30 a.m., 2:00-4:30 p.m.), the students who have submitted the final version of the electronic paper need to provide the following paper application materials for the defense.

（1）A copy of the application for defense of the master's degree thesis of Shandong University (special degree application for personnel). See attachment: this form is three pages with cover. Personal and tutor are required to sign separately.

（2）Two copies of the "master's degree examination and approval of Shandong University" (special degree application for personnel), see attachment: this table with a cover of 7 pages, need to tutor signature, do not paste photos. Note: to participate in the school (each teaching point) unified organization of graduation image information collection.

（3）2010 spring MBA (documents) students need to submit a copy of the three year fee invoice, after opening the system, you can apply for defense online.

Note: All of the above forms should be printed on one side. The contents of the form can be printed or filled with pens. But the signature shall not be printed and filled with a pen. No changes or changes in the layout of the form are allowed. The top cover of each material is written in pencil: class (teaching point), student number, name. Send it to the MBA Education Center for examination at the same time (507 room B, new building).

4、Application for submission of defense on the Internet: in accordance with the requirements of the graduate school training office and the in-service education center for the application for academic thesis defense, applicants who apply for defense must sign up for the graduate management information system"（Website：http://www.gradms.sdu.edu.cn/login），apply for the defense and confirm the information, the outdated system will be automatically closed.

三、According to the training program of MBA, MBA in Fall 2011 in the normal school system for 2 years, the 2012 grade school system for 3 years, in accordance with the provisions of school management, double certificate MBA school retain the school most long time is 3 years; the spring MBA the longest time in school for five years. For various reasons, the student who fails to submit his thesis within the prescribed time limit shall be deemed to be an individual waiver and will no longer accept the application for defense.

四、In the first half of 2014, the thesis will be drafted in May 24th (Saturday). Accurate reply time and defense requirements will be announced online in early May. Please pay attention to this website in time.

五、If you have one of the following circumstances, you can not apply for the defense of this thesis.

（1）According to the provisions of the school did not pay all the tuition fee; (arrears double card student go to school hall fee reimbursement documents, students log "graduate personal system, online payment, no cash). If the overdue (online application time) is not filled, the school will not accept the application for the defense of the thesis.

（2）If a graduate student fails to register for the semester (without tuition fees and will not be able to complete the registration), his application will not be accepted by the school.

（3）Failing to complete the required credit for the training program (including failing courses and late exams due to the organization's failure to submit to the centre for online entry).

（4）Not submitted a thesis proposal work schedule (or unqualified).
