Xu Ning, female, Shandong jinan. Doctor of management, postdoctoral professor of applied economics. She is currently a lecturer in business administration at the school of management, Shandong University, and a supervisor for his master's degree. The research directions include corporate governance, executive incentive mechanism design and innovation management, etc.. Publishing monograph "equity incentive contract arrangement and system design of Chinese listed companies", and won the first prize of outstanding social science achievement award in Shandong province. In "China industrial economy", "scientific management", "economic management", "Economic Review", "foreign economic and management" and other important academic journals published more than 20 papers, which was reprinted 2 times data copy, "Xinhua digest" part was reprinted 1 times, won the two prize of excellent the achievements of the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences and third-prize.
