Brief introduction:
Tang Guiyao, female, from Shandong, Linyi. He received his doctorate in management from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2011. He is currently an associate professor and graduate supervisor at the school of business administration at the Shandong University.
Research directions include organizational leadership, strategic human resource management, etc.
