Brief introduction:
Liu Bing, male, member of the Communist Party of China, Han nationality, doctor of law, postdoctoral fellow in theoretical economics, Professor of Management School of Shandong University, doctoral supervisor. At present, he is mainly engaged in the teaching and research work of human resource management, human capital and regional economic development. In "China soft science", "economic management" and other core journals and international academic conferences published more than 20 papers; published 2 academic monographs; presided over the provincial project in Shandong Province scientific research foundation for outstanding young scientists 4, other subjects 6; for colleges and universities in Shandong Province Academy of Social Sciences Award for outstanding achievements in provincial scientific research etc. 3 awards.
