Now he is director of marketing department of Shandong University School of management, director of Institute of management science and director of brand management research center. He is also director of the research and Guidance Center for entrepreneurship research at Shandong University and director of innovative education platform for entrepreneurship education and Entrepreneurship Program at Shandong University.

His main research interests include marketing management, innovation and entrepreneurship management, management innovation, brand management and business culture.
